Friday night @ Cirque du Soleil – Luminato

Cirque du Soleil’s event was well underway at 7PM last night! According to Luminato’s website, CdS has two camps (opposites in every way) that will merge together as one large group by Sunday night.

We were wondering about what they could mean about “opposites”; my best guess is that one looks more in tune with nature, whereas the other band looks more materialistic. I guess time and the Cirque will tell over the weekend!

This weekend is Luminato’s big finale, be sure to check it out!

Here are some photos from last night:

The Great Canadian Tune
Do you play guitar?? If so, go to Yonge-Dundas Square this Saturday to join Luminato & The Heartbroken for an attempt to beat the Guinness World Record of number of guitarists playing together. 1802 people gathered in 2007 in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany, to play Smoke on the Water, so that’s the number to beat. The song chosen for Canada is Neil Young’s Helpless. Click here for more info. (0)
